White Wine – Labellum Greco IGP – Vitis In Vulture – Italian

69,00

Greco wine has a yellow color with greenish reflections, an aroma with tropical and light herbal notes that highlight its aromatic complexity.

It belongs to the category of white wines and is produced mainly in Basilicata, where there is a truly ideal climate for the greco strain to mature.

The specifications of the soil in which it is grown are recognized, complementing it with good acidity and a pronounced minerality.  Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with rich appetizers, risotto, shellfish and fish and white meat dishes.

Description

Vitis in Vulture winery was created in 2006 thanks to the passion of friends for viticulture, made with the most advanced technologies and surrounded by vineyards of rare beauty.

The volcanic origin and proximity to Mount Vulture make obtaining wines of excellent quality obvious here.  The Mediterranean climate and strong temperature variations favor the polyphenolic complexity and color of the wines.  Today, with 250 hectares of vineyards, distributed in the municipalities of Lavello, Maschito, Venosa, Barile, Ripacandida, Melfi and Rapolla, Vitis in Vulture represents one of the largest wine groups in Basilicata in terms of production capacity.
