Let yourself be carried away in a very special atmosphere with The Castle, a 100% Arabica blend made with a selection of the best Arabica origins harvested in the highlands of Ethiopia and Costa Rica and blended with fine Indian coffees and Brazilian santos. Ideal for those who love a fine acidity in the cup with a long aftertaste. Its taste, thanks to a medium roasting degree therefore suitable for Espresso, is sweet and delicate, with a very fine acidity. The low caffeine content, however, less than 1.5%, allows you to enjoy this special coffee several times during the day.
Multifaceted and chameleonic in the exciting color, energetic and lively in the blends Foggy Mug wants to export the mood of Ferrara abroad, tell the spirit and taste of his land. The master roasters of Krifi Caffè also wanted to start from here: a consistent cream that slowly releases dense and velvety swirls of vapor into the air, to then open up to a selected palette of aromas typical of African, South American and Indian lands.
The coffee is packaged in special 1000 g packs with an aroma-saving valve: it works in one direction allowing the release of the carbon dioxide naturally released by the beans once they are roasted, and preventing the entry of oxygen into the bag to guarantee full maintenance of the aromas.
