The grapes, harvested by hand, are placed whole in barrels to rest.  Here they mature for 10 to 15 days using the CarbonIc Maceration technique.  During this period, the product acquires the aromas and flavours typical of ‘VINO NOVELLO’.  The grapes then follow the traditional path of making an amazing wine.  Fermentation is completed at a controlled temperature in steel barrels.

Passionate to taste wine with a deep purple red color, with violet reflections  can taste the typical indications of the carbonic maceration technique: macerated red fruits with blackberry notes, fresh flowers;  combined together give an unprecedented effect.  On the finish, a distinctive note of the LAMBRUSCO MAESTRI grape.  The taste is rightly tannic, soft, intense and persistent.
