White Wine – Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC – Parolvini – Italian

57,60

The Pinot Grigio grape is an early variety that is picked early in the harvest.   The slightly pink tinted fruit is made into wine using a gentle pressing technique, strictly ‘white’. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature (18-22°C) and with selected yeasts.

The wine is straw yellow in colour with light greenish tones.  The scent is delicate, pleasant but intense.  Characteristic, with notes of acacia flowers.  Dry, structured and with an essentially harmonious flavour.  It is perfect for grilled fish and shellfish.
