Initially, the Tête de Crabe wine is particularly aromatic to the nose thanks to the Sauvignon Blanc grape. On the palate, the wine gives a fruity taste, with notes of peach and citrus, while remaining dry and fresh. Over time, the wine loses its vibrancy and aromas of apricot, quince and honey, typical of Chenin Blanc, emerge.
It goes perfectly with a plate of seafood and shellfish.
Intense red wine, with purple shades and a fruity characteristic scent of black fruits such as blackberry, blueberry, raspberry and currant and spices, among which black pepper is evident. In mouth it has a good structure and persistence, it is soft and quite fresh, pleasant and velvety, medium tannic. This elegant balance wine is particularly suited to accompany boiled dishes, baked and grilled meats. Also with a particularly tasty sea dish, such as rosemary swordfish. Ideal also as an aperitif or after meal, especially medium seasoning cheeses.

Hand-picked grapes are crushed and pressed. The wine is left to mature in stainless steel barrels for about 4 months, and is then prepared to be light and finely foamy so that it can then be tasted in a lightly sparkling bottled release.
For those who taste a wine with a straw-yellow color, it has a captivating aroma that is expressed by notes of fresh flowers and crisp fruit. On the palate we feel a caress of small bubbles which also gives the wine a fruity taste and freshness.
