Smoked Provolone is a semi-hard stretched curd cheese, medium-aged, sweet and buttery. Produced by De Gennaro family with the use of at least 20% milk from Agerolese breed cows, it is semi-matured for about 4 months in straw and beech shavings. The smell and taste are intense and decisive. Ideal to serve as an appetizer and with first courses.
The cheese is portioned in quarters shape and packed in vacuum bag. Minimum guaranteed weight 260 gr.
Sauvignon Blanc wine is yellow with greenish reflections. Rich in exotic flavors. Tasty, durable and fresh with notes of citrus fruits, apricots and peaches. Ideal for dishes rich in vegetables, asparagus, risotto and fettuccine with shrimp and lemon.
Hand-picked grapes are crushed and pressed. The wine is left to mature in stainless steel barrels for about 4 months, and is then prepared to be light and finely foamy so that it can then be tasted in a lightly sparkling bottled release.
For those who taste a wine with a straw-yellow color, it has a captivating aroma that is expressed by notes of fresh flowers and crisp fruit. On the palate we feel a caress of small bubbles which also gives the wine a fruity taste and freshness.
