Initially, the Tête de Crabe wine is particularly aromatic to the nose thanks to the Sauvignon Blanc grape. On the palate, the wine gives a fruity taste, with notes of peach and citrus, while remaining dry and fresh. Over time, the wine loses its vibrancy and aromas of apricot, quince and honey, typical of Chenin Blanc, emerge.
It goes perfectly with a plate of seafood and shellfish.
