Aglianico del Vulture DOC is characterized by a beautiful ruby red color with garnet reflections. A scent with notes of red berry fruit with delicate hints of spices typical of the grape, its intense and harmonious aroma is accentuated with age. On the palate this wine has a warm, savory and dry flavor, overall very harmonious and velvety.
Aging: 4 months in small oak barrels of about 225 liters. Bottling and subsequent aging for 6 months in the bottle.
To be paired with first courses and meat-based sauces, aged cheeses and cold cuts. The serving temperature is 16-18° C.

Sauvignon Blanc wine is yellow with greenish reflections. Rich in exotic flavors. Tasty, durable and fresh with notes of citrus fruits, apricots and peaches. Ideal for dishes rich in vegetables, asparagus, risotto and fettuccine with shrimp and lemon.
The color is intense red with purple shades. The scent is intense, pleasing with a typically herbaceous note, especially in young types. With aging, the secondary scents are enriched up to the classic goudron. The flavor is full, dry, with medium intensity. It fits very well with meat and game dishes, seasoned cheeses.

The Pinot Grigio grape is an early variety that is picked early in the harvest. The slightly pink tinted fruit is made into wine using a gentle pressing technique, strictly ‘white’. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature (18-22°C) and with selected yeasts.
The wine is straw yellow in colour with light greenish tones. The scent is delicate, pleasant but intense. Characteristic, with notes of acacia flowers. Dry, structured and with an essentially harmonious flavour. It is perfect for grilled fish and shellfish.
It is a rosé Champagne, with aromas of watermelon, red gooseberry juice, clafouti with cherries and poppy. A wide palette that is further accentuated by more heady notes of quetsche and peony. The appetizer adds a textured complexity on a slightly pastry background on a background of fig tartlet, black stewed fruits but always supported by a vibrant tension. Powerful without imposing itself, this Rosé ensures a more structuring extension.
Hand-picked grapes are crushed and pressed. The wine is left to mature in stainless steel barrels for about 4 months, and is then prepared to be light and finely foamy so that it can then be tasted in a lightly sparkling bottled release.
